Wendy Guerra
Wendy Guerra is a dedicated audio engineer from the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Her marching career began in 2017 at Lewisville High School in Lewisville, Texas, where she performed in the Front Ensemble for three years before joining the Drumline her senior year.
Wendy continued her musical journey at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), where she was a member of the Front Ensemble for two years and served as section leader during her second year. She expanded her experience into the indoor marching world as a member of Vigilantes Indoor Percussion (ViP) during their 2022 season, helping the ensemble make finals and mark a historic milestone. She returned for the 2024 season and completed her marching career with Monarch Independent during their 2025 season.
Currently, Wendy is completing her final year at UTA, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Audio Production. She also works as a Studio Assistant at the UTA recording studio. With a strong passion for live and recorded sound, she is entering her third year as a member of the audio team for Music City Drum Corps (MCDC), while also contributing her second season at The Cavaliers and first season with Santa Clara Vanguard (SCV) for their 2025 seasons.
In addition to her educational and performance background, Wendy is an apprentice to Andrew Werst at Microphonics Design, a company specializing in audio solutions for the modern performing arts.
